Project Description:

There are always a few research projects underway in the Healthy Development Lab. Some recent and ongoing projects include a focus on media (e.g., social media) influences on body image, attitudes about weight loss drugs, and links between romantic relationship and health.

Undergraduate research assistants are asked to enroll in independent study courses (either in psychology of health sciences) and to attend a weekly lab meeting for one hour. Most other work can be done independently.

Hourly Time Commitment (per week): no fewer than 6 and up to 9

Length of Commitment: at least one semester but prefer a year
