This research explores several important areas of policing, including funding, policies, and organizational dynamics. Using publicly available data as well as original empirical data, this research asks how police funding, organizational policies, and officers’ identities shape law enforcement outcomes.
Possible research activities may include reviewing literature, coding, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and discussing and presenting findings.
